shoppe.
The demand for her to teach both locally and nationally has
come to the point that for the benefit of her career she
needs to transition into teaching full time.

My Experience:
Kathy has worked as a fine jeweler since 1981, when she began working for a known jewelry
chain. From the late 80's into the 90's she co-owned and operated two jewelry stores in CT.
After a life change, Kathy moved to State College and after working with a local fine jeweler
decided to open The Bead Shoppe in Oct. 1999. She became interested in Precious Metal Clay
during this time and after working with it became an instructor. Now an instructor for over 3
years, she is teaching full time.
Note: My goal at this time is to bring you some of the many very talented artists from several
mediums who I have had the blessing of getting to know throughout my travels as an instructor.
I am planning several artists weekend retreats in BEAUTIFUL Historic Bellefonte, PA for 2007 at
the lovely Queen A Victorian B&B (www.thequeenbnb.com) to start this.
